Simplified a bunch. I'm REALLY proud, and suprisingly, still proud, of this piece. I've improved on using chalk pastels. It looks so much better in real-life and NOT upclose for 'details.' It's better if you step back a bit to see a better picture- more realistic, anyhow. I'd love to visit a place like this, one day. Iceland, apparently.  I've dreamt of landscapes like this. Wow. You weren't kidding when you said you like chalk pastels.  This inspires me to try that kind of media out. (Not oil pastels... lol ewie TT~TT)One critique (I don't like doing that critique thingy separately ) is that I would've made the aurora brighter. It's kind of dull, and in the reference, it really stands out in a bright green... like your car.  -- .... in bed. I am Synacky in dA's Band-Slash Crew  One word: Stunning.

Oil pastels are too risky for me. They dissolve the graphite to make a cool effect, but I still don't know how to do that correctly. Well, if it's one, then that's alright. I was brighter before spraying it with fixative. Didn't have much time to redo that one. Wore out a bit with time and handling. But yeah, I could've used a brighter green than previous. Then, it would be 'FWAM!' -- ~WolfPhantom16 and I... We're better than your BFF Jill. Oh, I'd love to go to New Zealand, too!
